The Oum el Nour Reception Center offers:

·  A confidential space of free expression for substance users, substance abusers, addicts and their families

· Practical information regarding the physical, mental, emotional, behavioral, social effects, etc. of substance use

·  A thorough and holistic evaluation of each person’s current medical, psychiatric, legal, socioeconomic, family situation, etc.

·  Guidance in determining the best treatment path for each individual, including referral to the most appropriate detoxification, medical, psychiatric, outpatient, inpatient care, etc. in Lebanon or abroad
